🍛 Chicken Curry Recipe –
From My Kitchen to Yours – Ek tasty aur comforting chicken curry recipe jo ghar ke swaad ko yaad dila de. Simple masalon aur pyaar bhari cooking ke saath yeh dish har table ki jaan ban sakti hai.

📝 Ingredients:
Marinate ke liye:

- 500g chicken (bone-in ya boneless)
- ½ cup dahi
- 1 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp namak
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Curry ke liye:
- 2 tbsp oil ya ghee
- 1 bay leaf
- 2-3 green cardamom
- 1 bada pyaaz (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 medium tamatar
- 1 tsp coriander powder (dhaniya)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chilli powder (adjust as per taste)
- Namak (as per taste)
- Hara dhaniya (for garnish)
👩🍳 Recipe Steps:
1. Marinate Chicken
Ek bowl (bartan) mein chicken, dahi, haldi, lal mirch, namak aur ginger-garlic paste ache se mix karo. Isse 30 min (ya overnight) ke liye fridge (optional) mein rakh do.
2. Masala Base Banao
Ek pan mein oil garam karo. Bay leaf, cardamom, aur cinnamon daal kar 30 seconds bhuno. Ab chopped pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhuno.
3. Tamatar Aur Paste Dalo
Ginger-garlic paste daal kar thoda bhuno, fir chopped tamatar daal do. Cook karo jab tak oil alag na ho jaye.
4. Dry Masale Dalo
Cumin, coriander, lal mirch aur namak daal kar 1 minute tak bhuno.
5. Chicken Add Karo
Ab marinated chicken daal kar 5–7 minutes tak bhuno. Cover kar ke 20 min tak low flame pe pakao jab tak chicken soft ho jaye.
6. Finish and Garnish
Garam masala daal kar 5 min aur simmer karo. Hara dhaniya daal kar serve karo.
🍽️ Serving Tips:
Serve garam-garam with roti, naan, ya basmati rice. Side mein onion rings aur nimbu ho to aur bhi mazaa aa jata hai.

- Zyada rich banana ho to last mein thoda cream ya cashew paste daal sakte ho.
- Spicy pasand ho to green chilli bhi daal sakte ho.
